Return & Replacement Policy:
Any Product Purchased from can be returned only if Product is sealed pack. If the product is opened it cannot be returned. Refund will be processed in 3-5 working days after receiving and verifying the Serial No. of the product received. If customer’s complaint found genuine, the original invoice amount will be refunded.
If customer receives defective item, he/she should visit company’s service centre to get warranty. Sai Kripa Enterprises is not responsible for such reason.
If customer receives damaged product he/she has to provide valid proofs like video of opening the packet received, Images from all sides of the received packet, images of damaged product from all sides etc. After validation Sai Kripa Enterprises has the Right to Accept or reject your claim.
If customer received wrong product he/she has to produce valid proofs like video of opening the packet received, Images from all sides of the received packet, images of wrong product from all sides etc. Replacement will be done only after verifying because our packing is done under cctv surveillance. Sai Kripa Enterprises has Right to Accept or reject your claim.
If a customer receives product outer packing in tampered condition, he/she should refuse to accept packet. If he/she receives the packet in Tampered condition, Sai Kripa Enterprises is not responsible and no claim requests will be accepted for it.
All softwares either Email Delivery or Box Pack cannot be returned.

We always try to dispatch all physical orders within 0 – 3 working days subject to availability of stock & number of orders. All Digital delivery orders will be dispatched within 1 working day. The expected delivery time will be as below unless unforeseen circumstances.
