Return and Refund Policy For Physical Products :

Any Product Purchased from kharido365.co.in can be returned only if Product is sealed pack, If the product is opened it cannot be returned. Refund will be processed in 7 days after receiving & verifying the product.
If customer receives defective material the warranty is directly by manufacturer. kharido365.co.in/Sai Kripa Enterprises is not responsible for such reason.
If customer receives product in damaged condition, he/she has to produce valid proofs such as video of opening the product, Images etc. After validation kharido365.co.in/Sai Kripa Enterprises has Right to Accept or denying your claim.
If customer received wrong product, he/she has to produce valid proofs such as video or images. Replacement will be done only after verifying because our packing is done under cctv surveillance. kharido365.co.in/Sai Kripa Enterprises has Right to Accept or denying your claim.
If a customer found product outer packing in tampered condition he/she should refuse to take packet. If you takes the packet in Tampered condition kharido365.co.in/Sai kripa Enterprises is not responsible & will not accept any claim requests.
Return and Refund Policy For Digital Or Virtual Products :

Kharido365.co.in sells genuine software License Keys which will be delivered on your Email Id. There is no box pack delivery of products.
Please read this policy carefully.
Refunds
Since Software keys are digital products, Once a key has been delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, except in the case of a proven technical issue caused by us. We recommend to review product speciation and hardware compatibility before placing order.
Exceptions for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
No product key delivered : If you do not receive product key on your email. Then we will provide you the key on your email immediately or refund the 100% purchase amount as per customer’s wish. Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving customer complaint email.
Wrong Product Delivered : If you receive a product that differs from what you purchased. Then We will provide you the correct key on your email immediately or refund the 100% purchase amount as per customer’s wish. Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving customer complaint email.
Non-Working Key : If the Product key provided is invalid or blocked and cannot be activated. In this case we provide immediate replacement of the product key purchased or refund the 100% purchase amount as per customer’s wish. Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving customer complaint email.
In these cases, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or a replacement.
